How it works
Circles, not a list
Close family every 7 days, colleagues every 30, distant friends every 90. The five circles that ship with the app can be edited, added to and deleted.
A rhythm, not a chore
Circlo compares the time since your last exchange with the circle's frequency, and sorts everyone between overdue, today and this week.
One reminder a day, at the right time
A local notification at the hour you choose, paused on weekends if you like, plus birthdays. A widget shows the people to reach out to.
One tap and it's logged
Call or write from a contact's page: when you come back to the app, Circlo asks whether the exchange happened and adds it to the history, with a note if you want.
The right to take a break
A relationship can be paused for a week, a month or indefinitely. It disappears from the home screen and from reminders, without counting as overdue.
Something to measure
Interactions per period, breakdown by circle, a streak of days with no one overdue, and twelve badges to unlock.
Everything stays on your iPhone. Circlo has no server, creates no account and sends your contacts nowhere. Your data can be exported to a single file, and deleted in two confirmations. See the privacy policy.
